Following up on the Region Newsletter highlighting a few of the recent enhancements to the MMS, there are some additional updates to the club assignment process headed your way. We understand this will be a change to the existing process and are looking to keep you updated ahead of these changes being released in the coming weeks.
Here are some important things to be aware of with this upcoming release:
With this release you will be able to select everyone who needs to be assigned to a club within the directory and send them a club assignment request, regardless of their role or membership needed.
If a Member/Person has an existing un-assigned membership, they will be prompted to accept the club assignment for that membership.
If a Member/Person does not have an unassigned membership, they will be sent through “quizzard” to purchase a membership and assign it to the club at the same time.
Memberships that need to be purchased by a Member/Person through the club assignment process must be tagged for the “quizzard”.
Managing club assignments requests that have been sent will move to one report (Not tied to a specific membership)

The SportsEngine support team is now able to “move” memberships between profiles within a directory. Now, when a member purchases a membership for the incorrect profile, such as a Junior membership on the adult profile, the SportsEngine support team can move this membership to an existing sub-profile within the directory to correct the error and prevent the need to cancel and refund memberships
Instead of showing the profile email within the directory, that can sometimes be empty if a profile is not claimed, we will now show the primary account email which is required for each account.
This new feature enhancement will provide easier access to information to determine the account and household details to make supporting and troubleshooting simpler.
