Club Mini Series Training Videos
To help you and your club best prepare for the transition to the new USA Volleyball Member Management System (MMS), we've put together a series of videos to help you better understand some of the biggest concepts your club will be working with this upcoming season.
You will use the new USA Volleyball Member Management System (MMS) to purchase memberships, build rosters, and manage your club with your Region and USA Volleyball. Your Region will share more information on processes in your area as we get closer to the start of the 20-21 season.
What can I do right now to prepare?
Every club is required to access their free SportsEngine HQ account prior to the start of the season. The sooner you access your account, the sooner you can become more familiar with SportsEngine HQ, which is where the USAV MMS will live.
There are a number of free club management tools available within your SportsEngine HQ account. The MMS will be live on September 1st.
How will my club learn how to use the new system?
Your Region and USA Volleyball will communicate information on how you'll need to interact and use the system to be successful and abide regional policies. There are a number of help articles and videos available to you within your SportsEngine HQ account as well.
